SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS:
- Shipping is free on orders over $100. An exception applies for very heavy items,
which will incur a $50 shipping charge.
- Our shipments are done from warehouses in Canada and the United-States.
Note: Import fees will apply for order shipped from United-States.
- Only valid delivery addresses are accepted. (Our carriers do not ship to PO Box addresses)
- Our carriers (UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post) will deliver your order within 9 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number within 48 hours of your purchase.
- Some northern and rural areas might have shipping cost premium charges.

To offer you a wider selection and better prices, some of our products are shipped directly from our international partners.
This approach allows us to:
- Provide access to premium models not widely available in Canada.
- Avoid additional warehousing and handling costs.
- Offer more competitive pricing.

These fees are often based on the wholesale value of the product, not the retail price, which can help keep total costs competitive compared to traditional retail options. We clearly indicate when a product is shipped from outside Canada in the product description so you can make an informed decision.
Depending on the product origin, import duties and brokerage fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and carriers, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped without requiring a signature at delivery. Do not leave parcels sitting unclaimed. Notably, we are not responsible for parcels stolen from your doorstep after delivery is made to the address you provided. Shipping carriers will not pay claims on parcels where the tracking shows "delivered". Please enter a safe and secure address for delivery purposes.
Our responsibilities: - instruct the shipping carrier to deliver to the address you supplied at checkout - to ship in a timely fashion - pack shipments in such a way so they arrive undamaged.
Your responsibilities: - supply us with a safe and secure address for delivery - monitor the tracking information that we deliver to you via email and/or SMS text message so you'll know when your parcel is out for delivery, and can retrieve it promptly.
